CONGRATULATIONS to former SCD Soccer Coach, Barnard Baker!!  Coach Baker was recently inducted into the Summit Country Day Hall of Fame.  Coach Baker guided the Silver Knights to the 2012 OHSAA Division III State Championship. He was the 2012 Cincinnati Enquirer Division III Coach of the year, and was also a two-time Southwest Ohio Private School and Miami Valley Conference Coach of the Year.

Coach Baker was 100-21-16 in his seven season as the Head Coach. The Summit captured five consecutive district championships, seven straight NSCAA Team Academic Awards, and three consecutive MVC titles.

Coach Baker also helped mentor three High School All Americans, dozens of players who went on to compete at NCAA Division I schools and Cincinnati’s first Major League Soccer Rookie of the Year. Eight players from the 2012 State Championship team committed to NCAA programs.
